The one-year-old giving Kejriwal a serious challenge has been identified as Avyaan Tomar. Avyaan’s father Rahul Tomar, a businessman, and mother Meenakshi are AAP supporters. The child was spotted at the AAP's ITO headquarters in Delhi with his parents early in the morning.
